Purpose
The FFPL Board’s terms and conditions of employment with respect to vacations, public holidays and leave are in compliance with the Employment Standards Act.

Implementation
The FFPL Board has a contractual agreement with the Town of Fort Frances such that all FFPLTC employees receive vacation, holidays, leaves and benefits as outlined in the Town of Fort Frances Management / Non-Union Benefits policy
These vacations, holidays, leaves and benefits are administered by the Town on behalf of the FFPL Board, with the exception of overtime. See Terms and Conditions of Employment.
